If you work all day, then take meal out of the freezer and place in fridge in the morning before work to allow it to thaw for use in the evening. If you are home and time is an issue, you can leave it out on your counter to thaw for 2-3 hours.
IMPORTANT Do not try and microwave from frozen. It will create a lot of liquid and the meal will be dried out. ALL MEALS MUST BE THAWED FIRST
Meals can be turned out of container into a pot and heated on the stove on a medium temperature. Give the food a stir, if the sauce seems a bit thick then add some warm water to thin it down till you get your desired consistency. Ensure food is hot before serving.
